REGULAR WEEKEND RETREAT SCHEDULE Every weekend we follow a retreat schedule from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon. We encourage everyone, including those new to our practice, to come on Friday evening, making it possible to spend a whole day, Saturday, with your full attention on the training. A weekend retreat is the ideal way to receive instruction in meditation practice, learn how to cultivate mindfulness in daily activity, and hear the Dharma from the resident monks. For those who are committed lay practitioners, regularly dedicating a weekend to the practice brightens the mind. To attend a weekend retreat, please call the temple (254-241-6102), or email to arrange your visit.
